The McGill Team guided us smoothly through the sale of our home and purchase of a replacement home in a changing, uncertain market. While we were still looking, Shelly had us prepare for sale by doing preinspections and taking care of as many items as possible. Knowing all issues up front allowed her to price the house properly. We found a replacement home but needed to sell ours first. The team negotiated a contingency sale. They put our house on the market a day earlier than planned. The professional photographer showed the house at its best, which attracted a lot of attention. There were multiple showings and offers within the first few days; there was no need to hold an open house. The timing was a bit tricky, but we were able to close on our old and new homes just 1 day apart.
